Not for My Big, Wide Feet

Packaged well. Shipped and delivered fast. The insert fit my shoe, but it's bulky and the base is hard. I gave it a go at work to see if it would help and I think my feet are so huge and wide that the insert just didn't work for me. The part of the insert that's supposed to push my fallen-arched foot over so that it's more aligned and straighter, was actually pushing uncomfortably more towards the middle of my foot. My ankle was giving out on me after I came home and took my shoes off. I would stand doing nothing or stand a certain way and my ankle would give out. The insert isn't bad. But it's just not right for ME. These inserts I feel is better for a certain kind of foot and my Sasquatch feet just don't make the cut lol! I even tried a brand at the pharmacy; a half insert. And it wasn't as hard as these were and it hurt my feet so bad. So finally I settled for the gel and memory foam versions at the store and I've had a lot more luck and more relief from it

Ok folks. Lets be honest here. You can NOT expect a custom fit for 14-25 dollars, now with that said/written. I bought these for my boyfriend. He has very flat feet. Both, his podiatrist and his physical therapist have told him that he has the flattest feet they'd ever seen. He Usually wears custom orthotics but, as you may well know, THAT gets very expensive fast. He kept switching his orthotics from shoe to shoe depending on whether he was going to work, play softball or just go shopping with me. We were both skeptical about these but decided to try them. He loves them. He said theyr'e great for the price. We don't know how long they will last, but we ordered another pair just in case. My boyfriend describes them as comfortable and a big help in keeping his foot/feet pain to a minimum. I would strongly recommend these to anyone, keeping in mind however, that they are not 150-350 dollar orthotics. Hope this helps. Oh and great arch support

I wear a women's size 7.5 medium, and the first pair I bought (the 7 - 7.5) was definitely too small for my Reebok walking shoes. My big toe was not only hanging over the front, but also over the side edge as well. I then bought the 8 - 8.5 and it fits perfectly! I kept the too-small pair and decided to put them into some casual shoes where it won't matter so much if they are a bit short. I also found that the larger size lined up just fine with my arches, so I think if you are a half size, and you want to put these into athletic shoes, you are better off getting the next size up. I only regret that I couldn't buy them in the grey (they were out of my size) because the color would have been a perfect match.
Since I only just purchased these, I can't tell you how long they will last, but for this price, I don't care if I have to replace them a couple times a year. Also, please note that you must be able to remove your current insoles if you want to use these. You cannot simply put them on top of the existing insoles. Your feel won't fit properly in your shoes if you do.

Took my son to a podiatrist and he explained the different inserts and what was needed for his flat feet. He explained that the ones in the stores like Walmart etc, only have a foam in the arch but what was needed was more of a hard plastic. I bought a pair at the podiatrist that cost a fortune. I found these and they are the same quality for 1/4 of the doctor's office price. They fit perfectly and son said they feel great!

I have plantar faccitis in both feet along with fallen arches. These inserts have helped tremendously with my overall foot / heel pain during the day. The first day I wore them on a field trip to the zoo. After walking all day and then riding the bus back for an hour, I was worried I would have trouble walking off the bus. My feet in general were sore from the newness of the inserts, but I had no problem with the heel pain after sitting for so long. I have tried other inserts with no luck. These Nazaroo insoles have a hard plastic sole and also a hard arch support. My arches need that hard plastic support to keep them up where they should be. They are a little thick and I needed to remove the original insoles from my shoes to be able to use them. I am planning on buying another pair to keep in another pair of shoes.
