these for the indoor shoes that I wear most of the day. They're so comfortable that I use them over my pair of custom orthotics. Great purchase and I am sure that I will be buying more down the road.

I got them cause of the description. First week I thought I'd break them in. Feet hurt more than helped. By the arch as well is where it's gets me to the point of uncomfortableness . It just digs into my arch

I wear a women's size 7.5 medium, and the first pair I bought (the 7 - 7.5) was definitely too small for my Reebok walking shoes. My big toe was not only hanging over the front, but also over the side edge as well. I then bought the 8 - 8.5 and it fits perfectly! I kept the too-small pair and decided to put them into some casual shoes where it won't matter so much if they are a bit short. I also found that the larger size lined up just fine with my arches, so I think if you are a half size, and you want to put these into athletic shoes, you are better off getting the next size up. I only regret that I couldn't buy them in the grey (they were out of my size) because the color would have been a perfect match.
Since I only just purchased these, I can't tell you how long they will last, but for this price, I don't care if I have to replace them a couple times a year. Also, please note that you must be able to remove your current insoles if you want to use these. You cannot simply put them on top of the existing insoles. Your feel won't fit properly in your shoes if you do.

The good thing: I didn't have to trim these to fit in my shoes. But for my foot issues, this isn't the right product. As far as arch support, they really do the trick. I need more padding in the heel; since adding these to my work shoes my plantar fasciitis has blossomed. But this was a risk I was willing to take when I bought these; it just didn't work out for me.

I have had inserts before that have been of some help for my bone spur pain; but the last pair squeaked loudly. These are cushioned, quiet, and the arch rise is in exactly the right place for my feet. I have ordered a second pair and will probably discard any previous ones that either have been ineffective or have worn out (or that squeak!).
