Children love it. Could use better assembly instructions

Children love it. Could use better assembly instructions, as well as fastener labeling. Within the first month, a bolt and nut have worked loose and are MIA. A nylock or loctite coating might prevent this. The hardware good, not great. This causes some assembly issues. Shallow hexhead sockets in the bolt heads can be a challenge. The supplied hand tools are a bit soft and almost made it to the end of assembly. All in all, this is at least a fair trade-off quality and value. The biggest concern is tha the plastic slide appears to have a short warranty, and hopefully there will be a replacement kit available in the future.

The glider vertical poles are not the same size which makes the glider uneven and does not glide as it should. Attempted to call and reach someone at the customer service number provided in the owner manual, however, no one ever answers and it goes to a voice message which states to leave a message and someone will call you back. I have left 5 messages and called several times to get the same result-NOTHING. The swing set is a very nice one however there is no way to reach anyone to have this problem resolved.
