Creamy and nutty taste, good vanilla flavor. But what I liked the most was the minimal list of ingredients. I've tried about 2 dozen different kinds/brands of protein powder, and finally found one that I'm going to stick to. Best tasting one compared to other plant based protein powder such as peas, brown rice, etc. NO SUGAR/ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS which is the main point why this beats most others. It's so hard to find unsweetened protein powder that tastes good, you either end up with one that has 20g of sugar per serving, or one with a lingering fake sweetness from artificial sweetener (gag)

I mix it with hot coffee, stir, then add over ice. You can add honey or other sweeteners if you wish, or cinnamon for a great Mexican vanilla coffee with protein.
