I really liked the one I bought last time so I decided to buy another one as a gift. There are some hiccups when the product arrived. It was an honest mistake and the seller promptly resolved the issue.
The reason I like about the Yukon Growlers is because it keeps the hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for more than 24 hours. In stead of buying plastic jar of waters, soft drink, or coffee, etc. we each has a bottle like this when we travel or camping. It saves us a lot of money. It also help us know how much water we consume daily. I have purchased many water bottle with a wide variety of size and style, however I preferred this Yukon stainless water bottle. With a wide open mouth I can easily clean, especially during the flu season. I like to give it a good clean with hot water and let it dry out completely before they next use. Just make sure the lid is secured before you place it in your car or you will get a flood. I made a mistake once. The quality of stainless steel is very good too. It is not safe to use aluminum in food grade products, or cookware. Sometimes you will see some products come with a plastic liner, which can contain BPA and/or other harmful chemicals in you canned goods. Unlike aluminum, stainless steel needs no liner to keep you safe and healthy, just look for the smooth metal inside your bottle. I hope you like this product as much as I do. I bought this as a gift for my husband,and it's been a hit. It keeps beer cold and carbonated for days (seriously, be careful when opening it, it's that good at keeping in carbonation). Totally worth the price.

Very happy with the purchase. This "new and improved" version works as advertised keeping the beverages cold and carbonated for several days after being filled at the local pub. I have to admit I haven't taken it hiking in warm weather but it certainly seems to work well for having a specialty brew straight from the 'fridge. I definitely recommend spending the extra money on the cover. The growler body does have a good grip to it though I don't recommend carrying it one handed for a long distance. Fully filled it can be heavy and the cap cord really doesn't seem to be intended as a carrying handle. The bag unzips along the bottom making it easy to load and unload the growler as well as display the standard warning label (presuming that your watering hole requires that as a prerequisite to filling). The cover comes with both a handle and shoulder strap making carrying much easier and giving some extra protection to the cargo. Overall a really good growler for the price.

I was looking for an insulated growler to take on a camping trip and came across this one from Yukon. It is a great price and once I saw that it also came with a carrying bag, I ordered it. Upon opening, the growler looks sleek especially with the black & silver. The Yukon logo is cool. There is a rubber string that keeps the screw top lid connected to the growler so it doesn't get lost. The growler bag unzips at the bottom for easy growler access. Would recommend again.

This is a pretty nice growler. I got it with the Yukon growler case and I've been happy with it. Having the government warning stamped on the bottom is very handy if your state requires that labeling. I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere else but it is stamped with the 64oz capacity, so breweries shouldn't give you any push back.

It keeps the beer cold. I filled mine on a trip lately and then drove in a hot car for a few hours and later that evening enjoyed a nice cold drink. Some reviewers take issue with the lid, and I'll echo their observations that tightening the lid is a bit of a grind. It doesn't have a buttery feel at all, quite the opposite. You feel like you're grinding it to pieces just to get a good seal. But it does seal and as long as it keeps the beer safely inside I'm not going to complain.

The neoprene carrier is a nice touch. Fits well and the zippers are good quality. Only problem I had was one of the plastic D-rings that the shoulder strap attaches to came broken. I grabbed a couple of metal key rings to replace them. A 25-cent solution that I'm very happy with.

Last time I got this growler filled people at the bar in the brewery had a lot of questions about it and were impressed. Looks good and works great.
