Worked great on 1998 540 E39

Worked great on my 98 540. On my car I did have to use the adapter to connect under the hood to the large round diagnostic connector (sorry I forget the name of it). The kit comes with the adapter but the directions don't indicate when you need it or don't so I tried direct to OBDII and it failed then tried the adapter and it worked.

Worked as promised. We went to the dealer to ask about resetting the airbag light on my teens BMW after we replaced the window motor and they wanted 150.00. This little gadget saved me mega bucks. Highly recommend it

I have a 2001 BMW 530i. Hooked right up under the steering wheel and code was reset in seconds. Fault code tripped when I removed air bag to replace window regulator. Handy dandy tool. Hate I had to spend anything to turn it off but this worked great!

I have a 2001 E38 740i with the round diagnostic plug under the hood and the OBD2 plug near the radio. The B800 would only successfully communicate with the SRS unit (no flashing "E") if I used the round plug supplied with the unit. I was able to read all the SRS codes and I was able to clear the codes. I had to repeat the code clearing process maybe 10 - 15 times but eventually they did clear. No more air bag light!
Works on my 2000 Z3 like a champ, correctly reads out codes and which item has failed and RESETS as well !

Works perfectly when used on the underhood (big, round) plug on a 2000 Z3. Reads out the codes, I replaced a seat and door module, I reset with the car ON and voila - all is working and no more codes. Worth every penny versus resurrecting my cable and laptop setup. Just remember - if you have a failed component the light will come right back on - you need to actually fix or replace what is wrong. If you are building a track car just buy some bypass plugs depending on what you are removing.
