Help keep glasses from sliding and help keep ears from getting sore. Fit over plastic as well as metal framed glasses. However, I really can't say I like these. The open sleeve system allows dirt, leaves, grass, whatever flying crud you happen to be working with to end up gunked inside these sleeves along with your sweat. They pull my hair like crazy which makes them incredibly annoying.
Update: these sleeves get very loose with little time and get pushed up when putting glasses on, or get pulled off when taking glasses off, rendering them even more annoying and rather useless. I was expecting them to last for more than a month or so; as it is, this is just more plastic that will end up in landfills for a couple thousand years.

Just got them maybe 5 minutes ago. Put them on my glasses. Instantly 10,000% more comfortable. Didn't know what to expect as I've worn glasses my whole life and never had an issue but these new glasses were giving me a terrible soreness on just one ear. I put them on both sides just because and such an immediate improvement! I'm hoping to experience less nose slippage too, but that would just be an added bonus. My ear already feels relief. And so many in the bag! Easy enough to get on over my glasses arm, and I love that there's so many extra in case mine gets dirty, damaged, etc. Worth every penny!!

My glasses were constantly slipping down my nose! No matter how "tight" my temple and hinges were adjusted (often giving me pain behind my ears) they would loosen and start to slip.
