I love the ability of using a single-load as well as a triple- load coupler, so I can either focus on one color or multiple colors in creatiing my cookie, cupcake, or cake decorations - with no extra squeezes needed. The overall use of tying a number to a pattern sheet, then providing samples and various color suggestions is genius! The user guide and recipes are easy to follow, and I'm very pleased by the quality of the bags, decorating tips, and couplers! Thanks for a very great product - liked it so well, I ordered a second one for an upcoming birthday girl! Great service, early-in-the-day delivery, and even before and after service emails to ensure I received the product and the request for comments or questions - I heartily recommend the RFAQK Russian Piping Tips Set with Storage Case for the novice to the experienced dessert decorator!

Did receive ebook as stated and it is very helpful! I highly recommend this company. Product was received on time and in perfect condition. Really like the storage case as now I can keep all my tips, etc in one place. Rea!ly helps since I have downsized and storage is at a premium. This is compact enough to keep in a drawer. Quality of the tips seems to be premium and the company seems to be working hard to ensure customers are satisfied and happy with their product. I did receive the ebook when they said and stating that I hadn't received it yet was an error on my part. I did receive everything on time. Highly recommend.

My tips arrived today as expected and in excellent condition. I received correspondence from seller twice before receiving them assuring me that if anything is not as expected they will make it right. I love the fact that they come with a beautiful detailed ebook and the tips are numbered. They also come with a printout of all the tips and a picture of the flower each one makes. I cannot wait to use them.

I I couldn't wait for these to arrive, I made my frosting ahead of time. When they came, I spent the whole day playing around with them. They are so easy to use. They take boring frosting and make it look so pretty

I love my new Russian tips! I ripped into the package, whipped up a batch of wedding cupcakes and a what seemed like a gallon of American buttercream and went to town. Within 90 minutes start to finish I had some amazing cupcakes and I've never ever used a piping bag or tips before. Great quality. I'm over the moon. One pointer, they are serious when they say your frosting needs to be stiff. When you think it's stiff enough, add another half cup of sugar!
