Had a few issues with this blanket at first but now I've got it all figured out.
First one came but it didn't work, it came and was all plugged together & all lights were flashing - I believe it was a return. Thankfully Amazon accepted my return.
The main problem with this blanket ... Very important to make sure you DON'T plug it in upside down!,,
Easy done... Also it doesn't have to be pushed it all the way til the ends touch.
I marked arrows on mine for when I re plug it in to make it easier. My dog loves it.

Also if you happen to use the blanket without being connected to the plug, you pull the plug apart - but when you go to plug it in again blanket won't work unless you pull the main plug out from mains... all the lights flash.
So it's sensitive to being unplugged. Don't panic start over, pull all apart and replace all back in.
This is my 3rd blanket and each one had same problem. It's annoying ... so now I pretty much keep it plugged
in all the time.
I don't heat the blanket and then unplug it to wrap around and walk around as I would like to, as it's too much
hassle to keep plugging and unplugging from the mains and resetting it.
I hate the super large label inside ... it's right at the top ... (going to cut it out)

It's not made in China (everything I've bought from China breaks within days) I specifically bought this as it's
Beautyrest which I believe is American & not made in China.
but it is tricky to get use to as you keep thinking "˜oh oh is it broken I've just unplugged it and all the lights are flashing and now it's not working.'
It was less expensive than other blankets.
Heats up nicely, super soft ..not a huge fan of the split down the middle (thinking I'm going to see it together)

I love this wrap, I have purchased 5 of them. It's wonderful for people that have pain in their joints or for people that have problems with being cold. I've gifted some of my family members with the wraps and they love them.

Annoyed that they cannot make this control so that it can't overheat. So easy for it to get covered up. Perhaps if it was on a longer cord so that it was farther from the blanket or perhaps have it surrounded by some type of plastic cage to allow airflow.

Perfect for winter months when I work from home. So warm and cozy!

I bought this blanket on 12/27/2020. The item broke 3/2022. The controller would turn on but the blanket would not work. All the lights would blink, which is a common issue reported by other reviewers. Thanks to reading other reviews I learned there was a 5 year warranty on this product. I am in the process of getting a replacement and will let you know how it goes.

The base way to contact customer support about warranty for this item is to email: [email protected] directly. I called the Beautyrest phone # and the person who picked up directed me to the manufacturer. I was happy with the call and the email customer service. I got responses right away.

The blanket is 100% great when it is working. I used it almost nonstop for 2 years except for the summer which is 1/4 of the year. It does get warm enough for me and it is light weight and easy to use. Do not throw out the blanket since you will need the product information on the blanket to request the warranty. Apparently you were suppose to register your product when you receive it but I did not know that, but they appear to be helping me register it and get assistance with the warranty after it broke and after a year of having the blanket. So far I am pretty pleased with the service, just wished the blanket lasted longer before breaking.

It took a few weeks about 2-3 since I spoke to customer service and they said they would send a replacement. I have updated the review from 4 stars to 5 stars as I did receive a replacement and it works. Happy buyer!
