Got one defective; buy at own risk.

One of the two batteries i received came fully charged but doesn't recharge after use and causes my charger to just shut off until I unplug it and plug it back in. Both batteries also have contact pins that are too wide and get jammed in the charger. Unfortunately, by the time I used it, it was too late for me to return them, but save yourself the trouble and money and buy OEM instead.
Update: I opened the unit up and found that one of the leads to the thermocouple was haphazardly bent so that it intermittently shorted out against one of the power leads, probably causing the problem. I bent it straight to where it should have been so hopefully it will accept a charge now. There is obviously a quality control issue here as I don't think it is reasonable to expect most people to have to do this, but at least it seems to work for me now so I'll raise my review to two stars.

A perfect match for my radio/ charger

A perfect match for my radio/ charger. They keep my radio on all day without having to plug it in. They are also very reasonably priced.
Very good deal

Good (& Cheap) Replacement for OEM NiCd Batteries
Eric✓ Verified Purchase•February 26, 2018
These batteries charged perfectly in my original 10+ year old Craftsman NiCd charger. I was originally concerned as my charger is the all black single chemistry charger, not the black and red dual chemistry charger. But since NiCd and NimH are very similar when it comes to charging, I took a chance. But not to worry, it works. And NimH is generally a better battery chemistry than NiCd as it lasts longer and has less charge "memory"; though NiCd batteries will discharge slightly quicker (IE more power available = more torque), so win - win - loss. I do not use my C3 craftsman drill professionally, so the slight loss in power is not noticeable to me.
Terrific cheaper alternative to the manufacturer

A little tough to attach to charger at first but works flawlessly. Lots of power for every job.
