Good Switch for LED lights and fan combination

I installed two Almond 4 Speed Ceiling Fan Wall Controls with LED Dimmer and we have been using them for a couple of weeks. I like the way they work. The fan is now easy to set to one of four speeds and the the light dimmer brings the lights from total brightness to very very dim. Some switches that I have used barely dim the light, this one works perfectly.
This was not part of new construction, I was replacing some old switches that had very small turning knobs which I found hard to use. I find these much easier to control. Our old switches had decorative plates around them so we did not use the plates that came with the unit. The switch unit is standard size so the plates are interchangeable. We're very happy with these switches.

Easy enough to install. But the switches are VERY stiff. Doesn't seem to work well with LED bulbs since you have to bring the switch up to about 50% for the drivers to even kick on, and then dim back down. Once you start operating the fan, this will FLASH the lights up to 100%. Very disappointed since there aren't a lot of switches that STATE they work with LED. The one I had even ARCed loud enough to scare the dog. Don't recommend. The Lutron S2 still works the best.

I have this connected to an LED light (also a fan, same device). When the light is turned on, to any brightness, the switch noticeably buzzes. This switch is advertised to work with LED lights. The fan part works fine, no buzz. Occassionally, the light will also flicker rapidly. Have to turn it off and back on several times for it to be steady.
Last compliant, it is kind of a tough switch to go from off to on. I feel like I have to really push it. And when I do, it goes up nearly to the top. The fan part of it is worse than the light part in this regards.
