ehhhh, not a huge fan. First of all, the worst part of this is that it's slick and moves all around your desk with each movement you make. It needs some sort of rubber pads/friction on the bottom to keep it still. And when I did use it, I swear it made my wrist pain worse! It's not very soft and compresses against my wrist in a way that's not comfortable. I ended up giving it to my husband to use. But I've yet to see him use it. I work 10-12 hrs a day at my computer, so I gave it a fair shot. I personally would not recommend it. But I guess it's about personal preference.

No more wrist pain from extending the wrist up. I also just bought a vertical mouse to mix things up, but I'm not sure it's necessary since this option alone is working so well. Surprised that there are not more products like this.
