Easy to use and clean, good quality, fine powder

My mother, who has dementia, started refusing to take her pills. I used a plastic "screw in" pill crusher that I bought at a local pharmacy, but it really hurt my hands and did not crush the pills "well". The Pill Mill is very easy on your hands, and grinds the pills to a fine powder. It's just great! I suspect the stainless steel will last forever (at least long enough for us). It's easy to clean and you can adjust it for courseness. But I'm not sure why anyone needing to crush pills would not want a fine powder for the final product! I would highly recommend, especially for people who have hand problems.

Wonderful! I have been searching everywhere for this pill grinder. I have one of those small pill crushers which crushes 1-2 pills at a time, gets all gunked up with residue, and the powder flies up into the user's face. I couldn't work it. I have arthritis in lots of places, but the main two issues with the pill crusher was the arthritis in my hands and shoulders. My husband or son had to crush my pile of pills for me.
I just got this last night and I LOVE it. I was able to grind my pills myself, just dumped them all in and turned the crank. I did find out that my joint health pills were too giant and need to be split, but I was thrilled with the results. The crusher left large chunks, but with this grinder, I got powder, which mixed in perfectly with my sugar free Metamucil (which I take for another condition). I can't swallow pills of any size for a number of reasons. This has just made my life much simpler. THANK YOU!!

After struggling with some of my larger Pills, gagging etc. the Pill Mill makes Medicine taking easy. I am 69 years old and have always had trouble with larger pills. I now take a couple seconds to cut only the "Horse Pills" as I call them, I quickly grind them into powder. I then use Mango Nectar (my choice) in small 4 ounce bottle add the powder, shake a couple of seconds and drink it with ease...NO GAGGING. I buy the Mango Nectar at Dollar Tree, a Dollar carton last almost 2 weeks. Great, Great, product

Bought for my mother who has a feeding tube. Very easy to grind different size pills together. We just break the larger ones into 2 pieces or use a pill cutter to cut in 2 pieces, but still so much easier on the hands and wrist than the pill crusher we were using without a handle. Takes the hard coating off pills easily. I found the instructions to be adequate. Just received in Dec '17 so haven't cleaned yet. All the powder from the pills falls right out of the container. Sometimes have to turn the grinder part upside down to get any residue out of it. Overall we are very pleased with it.

Very quick shipping, arrived in 3 days. The mill is of good quality, exactly like the pictures. I have dogs that need allergy medication and it's much easier to grind it down to a powder than giving them the pills. You can regulate how fine you want the grind to be with a screw and It's easy to disassemble and clean afterwards, you can open it up and wash it with water.
Clear instructions on use and cleaning although it is pretty self intuitive and easy to figure out.
All in all happy with the product, easy to use, the aluminum construction seems well made adn the grinder seems to be from a ceramic like material, it looks durable enough. Would definitely buy again.
