This is an awesome little device. For the money you can't beat the feature set. Compare to the Fitbit Charge 2 which I considered just for the heart rate monitor which is what I care about the most when monitoring my workouts and cardio. It pretty much has identical features to the Fitbit. So here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
1.Great range of features GPS tracking, heart rate monitor, multi-workout mode, phone notifications for calls, text, calendar, alarms, Facebook, etc; - I was most impressed by everything this little band does for $30
2.Lightweight and sleek design, to me it's not as "wrist watchey" it has a smaller display so it feels more akin to a bracelet on the wrist
3.Battery life is awesome. I charge this maybe once a week and it usually charges in less than 30 mins.
4.Water-resistance, a little over looked but valued feature. I've showered with mine, done dishes, cleaning etc; around the house and it doesn't skip a beat.
Cons
1.Heart Rate Monitor - Most of the reviews I've seen complain about the step tracker which seems pretty accurate to me but the Heart Rate monitor for me doesn't seem accurate when I check my heart rate for example on the Elliptical Machine, it might read 140 - 150 BPM, the Lintelek will read 110 - 115. The Lintelek will read a resting HR of 60 BPM, which leads me to believe it's really around 80. So this could be better.
2.The Phone app needs work, it's useful but it doesn't really appear to maintain a consistent sync with the device. Recording certain activities like sleep for example are inconsistent. When I check the app after several days I can see where it recorded nothing for like two days in a row. The Fitbit apps "looks" much better and seems much more informative. This is not to say the app isn't useful, it is - aesthetically it could be better
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great pedometer, for the price it definitely is awesome.
Cons:
- steps are definitely not 100% accurate
- the description said that it could track swimming but it cannot do it
- I bought the purple color and I expected the vibrant beautiful color in the picture but it is kind of a sad purple more towards brown, anyhow better than black for me
- it was a bit difficult to pair it but after many attempts it got it and has worked great ever since
Pros:
- I have a tiny wrist and this fits me very good vs many others that are ridiculously large
- the price is Amazing!
- the app can be paired with Apple Health and can track steps or other sports and sleep
- it keeps track of your daily goals and send reminders as well as alerts
- you can receive texts and see incoming calls within a fairly range from your phone
- the battery lasts more than I expected, days for me and I excercise daily

I originally posted a negative review of this tracker because I thought it was defective. My thanks to the merchant who posted a response that I probably didn't remove the plastic film that covers the display. Since it was not transparent like most I've encountered, I didn't notice it and there is nothing in the instruction manual about removing it. After using for a week afterwards, I have to say I love this tracker. It has all the functions I could ask for and works nicely with the smartphone app. My old Fitbit tracker recently died and I figured for less than a third of the price of a comparable Fitbit, this was worth a try and I'm glad I did. Having the ability to track heart rate, current step count as well as time of day at a glance makes this tracker a pleasure to use. I also like the fact no charging cable is necessary to charge and band replacement is quick and easy.. Hopefully, it's built to last
Ok pedometer with extra features, app horrible for phone

After doing extensive research on trackers, starting with Fitbit, I decided to try this much cheaper alternative. If you are a more active person looking for exercise settings, I would consider Fitbit Charge 2 HR or the Versa instead of one of these cheaper options. Please note: any tracker that uses the VeryFitPro app is likely this same tracker, although it may be offered by a different company (ie, LETSCOM).
Pros:
- cheap tracker with heart rate capabilities, sleep monitoring, and exercise options
- slim profile compared to Fitbit Charge 2 and Versa
- steps largely accurate, even logging steps for stairs and elliptical usage. **Note - any steps totaling under 40 will not be logged, be sure to read the manual entirely to understand all features**
Cons:
- heart rate monitoring NOT continuous. You will notice the HR lights activating every 5 minutes or so, but this is not collected or tracked in any way. You will get one data point on a graph daily for heart rate (ie, no nighttime monitoring, etc.)
- GPS tracking for distance NOT accurate (off by 1 mile)
- drained my phone's battery and was using 50% CPU, overloading my brand new smartphone even when the app was not open and bluetooth was off.

It's worth the investment

So I bought this because at the time I thought a fit bit was too expensive, I thought I'd give this one a try since it seemed to have most of the features a fitbit had.
The only thing I don't like about this watch. Is the band color, that's my error for thinking it was going to be more of a darker navy blue. Other than that I don't have any complaints, for the price of the product it does what I want it to do which is track my steps and heart rate. The app is pretty nifty too, I've only had to charge my watch once this week and I recieved it on a monday. Delivery was fast.
I have noticed it misses a step or two when I count my steps vs what the watch records.
Receiving texts and call notifications are a plus but the screen is too small so you don't see the whole text, just the first line of what the conversation is about and who the message is from. I'm definitely happy with this product.
