This is my new favorite bag! The water resistance works wonderfully, I spent an entire rainy day outside with it and the inside stayed dried. Good size. I wanted a back pack that would fit plenty but also not be too large on the outside, this bag holds a good amount. I disagree with those other reviews that say it's too small. I pack loads of things in mine with a laptop too and it always fits fine

This bag has a nice soft texture, good quality and light weight. I cannot attest if over packing or carrying heavy items it would hold up long term. I still feel it is well made. I would definitely buy again. Last book bag zipper broke about 8 weeks into the school year.
