New and improved. This new 7-blade version of the spiralizer has several features that users complained were missing in the five-blade version. First, all the blades are labeled. For example, the crude shredding blade is labeled CS, the angel hair blade is labeled AH, the coarse wavy blade is labeled CW, and so on. Second, the spiralizer now comes with a food capture container that fits at the end of the spiralizer so that as you create your spirals they fall into this shallow tray. The platform of the spiralizer that projects as you spiral forward, comes out over the top of the tray so it doesn't interfere with catching the spirals. The tray is also the perfect size for the spiralizer to sit inside it for storage. Three of the blades are stored in the spiralizer itself, and there is a handy plastic mini-bin that holds the other four blades. This little bin sits on top of the spiralizer so that the whole thing takes up a minimum of shelf space.
The Spiralizer is great fun to use and the spiraled food tastes really great. There is no cookbook that comes with the unit, but there are plenty of cookbooks you can order online, including one Kindle book for $1.99. I can't see any disadvantage to this unit and I highly recommend it.

This machine is awesome. I started dieting a few weeks ago and heard a lot about spiralizing vegetables. I was skeptical, but figured for the price it would be awesome if it worked at all. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a well-made product. This thing is sturdy, sharp, and easy to use. It makes awesome "noodles" from things like zucchini and rutabagas. Both are delicious. It cleans up easily. I especially appreciate how it "clamps" to the counter with it's suction cup. Very strong and makes it easy to use.

So far I love, love, love it. Easy to use, store, change blades and clean. Carrots are a little hard but the ones I had were small.Here's the instructions how to move review if you choose:

Just took this spiralizer on it's maiden voyage and am happy to report I'm wowed. I've only used ONE of the blades, the angel hair one, to prep "pasta" with the zucchini and the potato is for me to make a hash with peppers, garlic and onions. This will make meal prep a breeze if I bust it out just once and pre shape all the veg in containers. My next veg will be the sweet potato you see back there with the flat attachment to make lasagna or even use the wavy for chips or curly for fries (baked!) And I'll figure out the apple too, for fun dessert options! I can't wait until Monday to pack my daughter's lunch!
This is a marvel of an innovation.

I like the variety of blades, while I would like the labels on each of them to be easier to identify. I also would like a sticker to come with it that I can stick to the inside of my cabinet, that graphically shows me what each blade does. I will probably cut out the image from the side of the box and tape it inside my cabinet, while a sticker would have been easier. Either way, I'm very happy that I can make more tasty and healthy pasta dishes and salads with this, and expect to feel much better soon as my diet improves. Also it would have been nice to have the recipe book included instead of soft copy to my email. Its not like I have a computer in the kitchen, and my printer is limited. The other thing I don't get about the recipe book(s) is that only one of the three has anything to do with the spiralizer, while the other two just have good recipes for which I would not be using the spiralizer. I will need to read them because my sweet potato fries didn't taste that good yesterday, since I only fried spiralized sweet potatoes in coconut oil, just to give it a try and see what happened. One last thing that I was skeptical about, is that the suction device does indeed work well on my granite counter, and holds everything in place.
