I have anime discs that are not my region code, and so to watch them this was a must. As others have stated, lose the cheap HDMI cable that comes with it, and use quality. I have had no issues with my player and I've owned it for over a year and a half.
Needed a player to handle Blueray disks from region B, and this one does!

Just follow the included instruction sheet to set region B, and it works perfectly. Very easy to set up, and now I can watch Gomorrah seasons 3 and 4. It also plays regular DVD from any region without needing any setup. Very happy.
