This is my third Cloner Box. The first two worked perfectly. This Cloner continues that tradition. The first two were easy to use but this one is even easier. The first two required a flash drive to record your material. On the Turbo Cloner you can save your material directly to your hard drive if you wish. This makes it easier to convert your material for burning a DVD. BTW, you can still record to a flash drive if you wish and they include one with their product. I am very pleased with the product and have not had a single problem. In the first version there was some difficulty with the fact that the software did not function properly. However, the people at Cloner Box provide EXCELLENT tech support. We eventually resolved all the problems. Their tech support was some of the best I have worked with. As some of you know, this is not always the case. If I had five thumbs they would all be up for Turbo Cloner Box.

Product didn't work at all. Received an email from the manufacturer insisting that I install their software and do an immediate firmware update. I attempted to do so and the software never recognized the unit. Pass-through didn't work. Blank screen on the output TV.
Spend just a bit more and get the Elgato. I am immediately returning this joke of a product.

The ClonerAlliance FLINT LX is a remarkably robust and VERY capable recording interface. Although I had some initial (self-induced) challenges on installation/updates due the eccentricities in Win10, ClonerAlliance Support was immediately responsive and guided me thru fully updated re-installation. The accessory helper applications provide no-nonsense full-length video conversions, formatting, and DVD mastering and *.iso media preparations.
Overall, a welcome addition to my video creations toolbox.

I haven't had this for too long, but so far it works as expected. At first I had some technical problems setting it up, but I was able to get it working. The recordings on the flash drive have a surprisingly large file size for the length of the videos, but I'm able to compress the videos, reducing the file size, so it's not that big of a deal. The instructions are a little lacking, but there are a bunch of videos on their website, and based on the emails I've gotten from the seller, I am assuming their customer service would be excellent if I needed help. So far I'm pleased with this product and hope to get alot of use out of it.
