Overall good quality, with a significant design flaw

A bit on the heavy side, but a good universal cover. I like the silicone rim, that it is vented, and that you can see through it. My main complaint is that the handle attaches with a metal screw, which goes into plastic threads inside the knob. In a fight between metal and plastic, metal wins. For this reason, you must be very careful not to over-tighten the knob, otherwise you will strip the plastic threads. The poor quality of this plastic threaded insert is inconsistent with the heft and quality of the item overall.

I was silly enough to buy an 8 inch skillet without a lid thinking I'd get in touch with the manufacturer and secure one. Surely if they made the skillet, they made a lid to fit it. Ummmm. "No, we don't make a lid for that pan"

This item is a perfect cover for my Instant pot, with which I recently replaced my crock pot. yogurt maker, egg cooker, and bread proofer.
You might want a smaller and a larger size, depending on how desperate you are to rid yourself of the collection of lids from your regular cooking pots and pans.
Be sure not to put these in the oven. All metal only in there. Sadly, yes, this needs to be said.

One Handle Short of Perfection

I purchased this lid for my T-Fal nonstick pan because I primarily cook in that and could not find a suitable lid anywhere else. This product fit perfectly and allowed me to cook several meals to perfection. However, the build quality of the center handle is sub-par at best. I'm not sure why this piece isn't permanently attached, but it certainly should be. The threading on the screw seems to be shot and the handle no longer goes back on and stays. I'm sure your mileage may vary with this product and experience, but I would advise not moving the handle much or at all.
