Purchased this previously from another seller and it was great. This product seems different compared to when I purchased a few years ago (different seller). It is a darker color and the consistency isn't as thick. Date on the tubes are from a year ago but there was a sticker on the packaging says it is the manufacture date and product is good for two years. Applied to some areas and the roaches don't seem to be attracted to it. I'll see how things go with it and will change my review accordingly. If it doesn't work, I'll be contacting the seller and demanding my money back.

Not sure what happened to this product. It used to work great now it smells like feces and runs like water. Why did they change the product after it working well for so long. I'm guessing they're using cheaper stuff. Really turned terrible and it STINKS up everything like poop. DO NOT BUY.

I have previously used this product many times bought directly from manufacture source and have always had incredible results in all of my rental properties. I ordered thru this seller due to fast delivery and was completely let down. This is definitely not the same product as I had one tube left over to compare. This product was much lighter, had a very weird smell( the real product has none) and was very runny which made application very messy especially on vertical surfaces(the real product stays anywhere you put it). The roaches hardly touched this and there was minimal dead roaches due to that.I definitely would not order thru this seller again as this is not the real product.

This stuff is amazing. We moved into a foreclosure house that had roaches. For a year, I tried the hotels, motels, sprays, etc. I found this.... The morning after putting this out, I was disgusted to see how many roaches I had hiding out. There were over a hundred dead in the floor. The next night, then the next night, etc.... After about 5 days there were no more dead ones, and I haven't seen a roach in 2 years. I put this out about every 6 months just to be safe!

We just bought a house a couple months ago and little did we know, it had a roach problem. I get filled with anxiety when I see one and really needed to get a handle on these critters. I tried some stuff from the store, but it didn't work. Even those little boric acid tablets.

I decided to scan Amazon for something that would work. I was skeptical, even with the great reviews. I didn't care how much it cost if it actually worked. I waited until 2 am to put the stuff down in many places. I wanted them to be up and about as I put it down. The next morning, I had so many dead roaches on the floor! While I was grossed out, I was thrilled it actually worked. Y'all, it works. For the next week or so, I had many dead roaches when I woke up. I did see some live ones here and there, so I put more stuff out. I believe the new ones I was seeing were possibly babies that hadn't hatched yet. In the last month, I have not seen but 7 roaches. Those buggers got squashed.

If you're skeptical like I was, just give it a try. They don't go away immediately. But they will go away eventually!
