I sprained my thumb due to repetitive stress at work, and ended up with a painful trigger finger. That was almost five months ago. I have been wearing one of these on my thumb most of that time, in the daytime and while asleep. It is comfortable and absolutely supportive, but still allows natural movement. My thumb is finally getting better, I can do things without pain or wearing this finger support, but I still need it for parts of the day. I had a package in black and would like to wear these, a little less noticeable.

I use them for an arthritic middle toe which has a huge bump on top - like a hammer-toe. One sleeve fits exactly and perfectly over the toe and provides a nice cushion between my toe and my shoe. Many shoes were very uncomfortable to wear and the sleeves have helped tremendously!! Thank you!!!

These worked great for trigger finger. They are flexible enough to allow me to grip the steering wheel but stiff enough to keep me from closing my hand so much that my trigger finger gets stuck closed. I only needed it on one finger so I am glad I had a whole pack so I could choose which one fit the best. My finger rarely popped when I had one of these on so it was the best thing I actually bought for the trigger finger issue. They get a bit scummy from everyday use but they are somewhat washable.

I love these for my trigger finger problem - they don't irritate the way braces do. If they vary in size I haven't noticed. The only drawback is that if they get wet the dye runs, but that easily washes off with soap.
