This this is the quietest compressor I've ever run. Can have a normal conversation while it's running just a few feet away. The recovery speed is decent, especially if your just running smaller nail guns. And its a smooth running machine. Doesn't seem to rattle all over when it runs like some I have used. so far I haven't had any issues.

The low noise level is impressive. Decibles (db) are lower as well has frequency (hz). Both factors result in major ear relief Simple wheel and handle assembly is required. Two quick connect outputs on fitting make-up manifold. Pressure regulator and switch are typical Chinese, but sufficient for home use. I have not tested with high cfm tools yet (impact, blaster). I don't know why this Hulk is orange, rather than green, but I like color and paint quality is good.
UPDATE: operates my 1/2" impact on automotive lug nuts quite well. Still happy with this purchase.

I finally pulled the trigger on the HULK 10 gallon 2hp Air compressor. All I have to say is WOW, took me about 10 min to assemble and was easy. The compressor is EXTREMELY Quiet, fairly light and easy to move around. The compressor fills from 0 to 125 PSI in 1min 45 seconds, I timed it. The Hulk is well built, Welds and paint look good, air fittings are tight and don't leak. I was looking at the California Air Compressors also but decided to buy the Hulk because it is made in the US.

It is amazingly quiet! First time turned on and had to make sure it was working properly, it was THAT quiet. Ive been in construction for 40+ years and been thru many compressors, so far this is the best. But, only time will tell if it is a durable as they claim. Made in the USA was also a great feature! Its also easy to carry and lightweight. I like that each of the outlets has their own air gauge, good design !!
