super quiet i mean you can hear the tv over this one it's very very quiet which was a huge plus for me.
only had it 1 day so this is an initial review but it pressurizes very quick and uses a standard contractor connector, it would be nice to have a "value kit" with a cheap air hose and some fittings but it's far from a deal killer especially at the price i paid ( special deal) i was looking for a cordless one as i didn't wish to be tied to an outlet BUT the tank is large enough to last a while, if this company comes out with a cordless version using a dewalt or milwaukee battery i''d get it in a heartbeat

I've been using a 3 gallon Central Pneumatic compressor from Harbor Freight for years. While it worked it was extremely loud, took forever to fill, and has always sounded like it was trying to bog down and die on me. This compressor is heavier than my old one, but it is much better quality and has a much larger motor.
This compressor is so much better in every way. It's everything my old compressor wasn't.

My family has 4 vehicles including a large dually pickup and a motorhome - lots of tires. After going through about 1 tankless compressor a year keeping them all properly inflated, I decided to try a "real" compressor with a tank. With the right attachments (an article in its own right) this compressor is a huge improvement over even plug-in AC tankless compressors. It doesn't run constantly or exceed its own pressure rating when dealing with slow-filling tires that have attached pressure sensors. It doesn't overheat and have to sit and cool down before being usable again when filling tire after tire to 80 PSI. As a result and general build quality it seems like it'll last a long time, unlike the compressors I was using before. It's quiet enough not to wake up the family and the neighborhood filling tires in the morning. I don't (yet) have any air tools so I can't comment on that but for truck and motorhome tires, I highly recommend it.

I purchased this compressor based on reviews that I have read from other customers and I am very happy with this product. My choice was to invest in a compressor to help me save money on maintenance around my house. It has been used to clean various items such as my dryer vent and my car interior while also providing a fast fill option for filling all of my pneumatic tires. It is very quiet, my 3 year old grandson does not get scared when the compressor kicks on and he enjoys seeing all of the attachments that I use with it. The biggest use I have tested it with is as a blowout device for mt irrigation. I allow the system to fully charge and then open the valve for the line that I want to evacuate and it clears each zone individually. This saved me $90 dollars on its first use. Closing the sprinkler valve and allowing the compressor to refill is key but it only takes about a minute to refill and I run it at about 50PSI for the blowout. All lines together would overwhelm the compressor but It is very efficient if you understand how to apply the machine. I keep this machine close buy for all of my compressor needs. One thing to be aware is that when you are rolling it around using the supplied wheels and handle, the machine wants to tip backwards if you lift up past the center of gravity as the motor is the heaviest towards the back. This just requires a knowledge of general safety rules of any item like this. I keep the tank drained on follow the manufacturers recommendations for use and I have found no problems with the compressor. I fully believe this compressor has already saved me its cost in repair bills with all of the uses it can be applied to. I am very Happy!

I've been using a 6 year old pancake compressor to run my finish nailer and dreaded every job indoors or out because of the noise. It was absolutely amazing how much quieter this compressor is. Even with the smaller tank it had no problem keeping up, initial morning fill and refill times are less than half the old compressor. My other primary use is inflating truck and skid loader tires which are inflated to 60 - 80 psi. A full from flat inflation would be possible but not as painless as using a larger compressor but for partial fills associated with small leaks that translate into low tires every couple of days, not an issue. Compared to the old pancake compressor this one is less of a struggle to take from truck to job. Probably not a deal breaker for most of you, but I've had both shoulders replaced and am way weaker than I use to be.
