Nice and safe because of automatic shut off. Would like it to keep beverage a little warmer. Usually only slightly above like warm.

Elegant. Does the job. Haven't explicitly tested this, but I'm not sure whether or not it auto-switches off after a period. My guess is it does not, but I could be wrong.
