I like the looks of this blower, also the mounting of handle . Seems powerful , BUT it wouldn't start out of the box . It took awhile to get the carburetor adjusted after setting the spark plug gap correctly. After that starts and runs fine. I was also surprised to see a sticker on the bottom it says it's manufactured by Husqvarna. Which to me is a step up. Good luck with your adventure mine turned out okay.

A bit heavy to use for me, as a older female, but still works great. I use it where our leaf blower with electric cord won't reach, so it works really well for the whole yard. Be sure to mix the 50:1 ration gas/oil mix as described. This is critical for your engine's longevity and if you don't do it properly the engine will seize or smoke. It's easy to do, and you can buy small special small engine oil containers to mix with your gasoline. I measured and marked my containers, and use a special 2.5 gallon gas container pre-mixed, so it's always ready, and wrote with a BIG permanent marker on the plastic gas can "LEAF BLOWER ONLY!" on it. You have similar mixes for gas-powered weed eaters, so this is not difficult or confusing.

Very pleased with the performance of this blower. Easy to assemble out of the box and start once the mixed gas/oil was added. 200 mph capacity is great for small-medium jobs. I am right handed and position the blower on my left side when using it. The only issue I had was the air input is located next to my leg so when I use it my pant sucks into the vent. Keeping the unit positioned a few inches away usually stops this. The unit is somewhat heavy/bulky with some vibration during use. I have to say though it is a very well built unit that is easy to use and store. The 50:1 ration gas/oil mix can actually be purchased in any hardware store so you do not have to manually mix the oil and gas.

First off, as a female, this Poulan gas powered blower is kind of heavy. It is simple to put together. The mixture combination is 1 gallon of gasoline to 2.6 ounces of specific oil. A 3.2 ounce bottle is included - would have been easier if the bottle equaled the amount needed per gallon. This baby has a lot of blowing power! Out is so fun to use because of this! I previously had only used rechargeable battery versions.
