Real lifesavers if you have to spend most of your workday on a computer. Comfortable, they don't slip, and I love that they don't have to be tucked under the keyboard, so you can preposition them in a heartbeat to better suit changing positions.

I read some reviews on wrist rests that complained about slipping/moving on the table with you. I thought this was contradictory, as if the rests move with you, you'd always be resting on them, and it would be more ergonomic? Anyway, These rests do not move at all, they're super tacky and sticky, you have to peel it off your desk once you just lightly rest your arms on it. So that is nice, I guess. Also, very comfortable, nice and squishy and soft, and a good height as well. Good value (and we get a mouse rest too)! I'd recommend buying this product.

Bought this last week, as my wrist and a small portion of my palm were constantly red and sore from using my mouse as much as I do. When my wrist pad is missing(because it fell off the table) I immediately notice the difference of not having the squishy support. The pads have a hard rubber-like coating on the bottom to help keep them in place, but I keep mine on my mouse pad which moves around. It is a great quality of life improvement that you don't know you need until you have it. 5 Stars.

This set was fantastic. I use a Dell laptop for work which is still a bit thick and it's become very uncomfortable. I was constantly flexing my hands throughout the day trying to keep the pain at bay. I decided I would try this set out first because the reviews were really good and the price was great. I am so very glad that I did. Since having this set, I have been able to get through a full day of training virtual classes without any pain. I was highly doubtful that this was going to do anything to help me as I felt pretty confident that a carpal tunnel surgery was in my near future. Although that will probably still happen, this set has relieved all the pressure points in my wrist by giving them something soft and comfortable to rest on. I highly recommend this set.
