This swing trainer helped my swing immensely. It seriously helps with timing and is a useful tool to warm up before hitting the 1st tee. This isn't the only reason I've improved rapidly but it helped. I went from anhuy never breaking 100 to scoring an 83 in a matter of 6 weeks.
Good, but big hands need jumbo grip

Works great. Only complaint is that I need a jumbo grip and this really fatigues my hands trying to hang on even at slower speeds. Heavier than a regular club which is great but you may want to get some vet wrap or bat grip wrap to bulk up the grip. You can't regrip with normal club grips as it is a 1/4-1/3" fiberglass or plastic rod where the grip sits and is firmly attached.
You can really get the tempo feel with this and I find a few minutes is quite a workout. Definitely feel the muscles in my back working. Encourages proper balance due to the weight.
