I'm able to stripe the wire with my finger nails. Makes Installation of connections a breeze. But also has me a little concerned about the robustness of the silicone coating. Any other wire I have to use sharp wire strippers to strip the coating. Other than that very happy.

This is a decent product but the add on Amazon says the material is copper and silicone. Silicone it is but the wire is aluminum. I double checked before ordering because I was glad but surprised it was copper, since copper is quite expensive now. Somebody needs to update the false advertisement.
