It works good, but after 2 years the lift goes up but not down on its own.

Lift if a good lift. I bought this in April of 2021, recently when you go to lower or raise the lift it wont move. Kinda glitchy now. Now it wont lower, but will raise. The battery is showing charged. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a customer support number i can call and talk to someone? thanks.
