This was a perfect interior lighting set for my car. I used it to add underglow to all of my seats. It works very well, if a little bright, but it worked out since I was covering the lights with seat covers anyway (helps diffuse the light). I wish the length of the IR sensor's cord was a little longer. I'd like to have the sensor along my dashboard, but the wire length requires me to aim the remote at the back seat.
I love these lights in my car they make it easy ...

Depending on your car installation may be easy or difficult. The results however, are fantastic. Connecting it to a power source is very easy. The controller is very handy but it has pros and cons.
Pros of a controller(vs an app on phones):
-physical can grab in an instant
-doesnt need phone. If ur phone dies or needs unlock that can be inconvenient
Cons (vs controlled by phone app)
-less variety in colors
-might lose the controller

I bought this light strip for my brother for the car he is fixing up. He wanted something that would be easy to install, easy to take out, and easy to used. This set fits the bill for all of the requirements and has extra color options which he likes. The price was great as well!
