Over all a really useful product. Only 4 stars as the clamp doesn't seem to hold the device securely enough when inserting or removing an memory card/stick. Requires that I hold it to prevent if from moving when inserting a memory card with the other had. A bit afraid of cranking down any harder on the thumb screw. A minor inconvenience as overall the device is very useful, and I no longer have to fish cables around to the back of my IMac. I would recommend this item to anyone who regularly uses a memory card and or stick.

As my 2019 computer is set-up in a cubby style desk, I was having to constantly pull it forward and turn it around a little to access ports. The Satechi clamp hub pro solved that problem for me! The vent grip mechanism is snug enough, but I still have to sometimes support it with the other hand so it doesn't wiggle. All the ports work and it blends in seamlessly with the computer, as if it was always there.

the hub works great it is very useful, the problem is that if you want to place it on the usb-c's opposite side it won't be possible as it comes with a very short wire...
