Before I decided on Pascha I purchased Pascha along with two or three other 100% chocolate chips and wafers, including Guittard. Every time I had chocolate lovers as guests, I did a blind tasting. The results were mixed but on the whole slightly in favor of Pascha. As with wines, chocolate lovers have different preferences. However, Pascha had an edge on variety of weight and price. Over the past two or three years I may have consumed (often with help) over 100 lbs of Pascha's 100% chocolate. Neither I nor my helpers have been disappointed.
