I love this! The Souper Cubes Extra-Large Silicone blah blah blah whatever its name is, it's great for me bc I never manage to make soup in small quantities, so what do I do with the gallons (yes gallons) that are left after a meal? I fill every empty freezable container in my kitchen...obviously I have a problem with making too much soup, but honestly who wants to cook 3 meals a day everyday? Not me, so I eat a lot of leftovers from my freezer. This works for me and my husband always has food to take to work. I'm planning to buy another 1 soon. I'm glad I don't have to stock up on so many cheap plastic containers, which wear out quickly, this pays for itself. The price initially put me off, but I splurged and I'm glad I did! My 9 year old loves the big ice cubes.

I've had the original 1 cup Souper Cubes product now for over 1.5 years, and it's still still in excellent condition - it's long lasting and high quality, and still working perfectly. I attached newer pictures above - the silicone still looks almost brand new (it's been in the dishwasher a gazillion times), it doesn't have any stains (despite all my tomato sauce), and doesn't smell (even though my husband repeatedly put smelly fish broth into it). I've since bought another with a lid. Definitely worth the investment!

When these first came in the mail, my roommate, a major foodie who loves to cook and freeze things, looked at them with joy and took a photo of it to show his friends. I had heard great things about it so I was excited to try it. Upon seeing it, I loved how durable it is; this isn't flimsy silicone - it's flexible enough to pop frozen cubes off, but sturdy enough so things won't spill when you pop it in the freezer. And it's really easy to wash.

These Souper Cubes were fantastic for freezing foods to eat for later! I had made too much veggie broth, so I froze it easily in this container, and then, inspired by all the review other folks had posted, I proceeded to make spaghetti sauce to freeze. I wanted to make spaghetti this week, so I took two cubes out of the freezer and reheated it easily in a pot, and garnished it with some fresh basil leaves and cheese. My fiancé loved the taste of the sauce!

I'm not a big cook, but this has made cooking super easy. I'm really busy on weeknights, so this allows me to freeze and prep my meals on the weekends to enjoy on weekdays. Instead of cooking a large pot on weekends and eating the same thing day after day until the food runs out, I can freeze some, and switch up what I eat day to day depending on what's on my freezer, without having to cook every day. I'm already plotting my next meal to pop into the Souper Cubes; Indian food, maybe? Can't wait to buy another.

Needed a way to store my chicken broth I had cooked for making some noodle soup.
Everything I had in my cupboard was not up to the task of storing well measured amounts of this broth.
So I heard about this really useful product for storing broth from a friend.
Scooping ladle after ladle of broth into the souper cubes, I found it held a lot more liquid than I initially thought
It was pretty easy to portion out due to the clearly defined lines inside each little "cube" bucket.
Eventually I had it filled up, and I put it in the freezer.

I hadn't the desire to eat chicken noodle soup again for a while, but when I did, I found that the souper cubes had nicely frozen over.
So then I reached into the freezer, pulled out the souper cubes and got ready to extract the cubes.

Really didn't take much to pop out a cube into an awaiting pot.
Even cleaned up real well after I was done with them as all of the cubes came out nice and clean.
And being a dishwasher safe product, I didn't have to worry about messing about trying to clean the corners of the cube basins.
Love love love this product!

I like making large batches of various soups, stews, etc to freeze for later and this makes it easy to fit all those into the freezer. I like that there are markings for 1/2 cup and 1 cup as that makes it easy to make appropriate portions. It's pretty easy to get the frozen foods out. If I've packed the food in - which I've done for extra veggies so there's no air space - I may need to do a bit of wiggling to get it out, but more liquid items like soups and stews that are simply ladled in will pop right out with no difficulty. I use gallon size freezer bags and get 8 of the cup sized blocks in one bag that are easy to stack in the freezer.

This product is genius! Such a simple idea that has made food planning and saving so much easier. I'm able to freeze leftovers and then package them neatly in zip lock bags. 2 cubes fit perfectly in a quart size freezer bag. I can take a cube out for a single serving of leftovers or a couple for more. I have frozen stock, soup, and meal leftovers using these souper cubes. I will be buying a second to have additional capacity and will be buying them for family as a holiday gift! My freezer is much more organized and I don't panic when I don't have a plan for dinner because I'm able to easily save portion sized leftovers.I have much less food waste. They clean so easily as well.
