clean up problems are over. This roasting rack is dishwasher safe and cleans with no scrubbing or baked on crust. I wish they made a small square one so it could fit in a really small roasting pan, but this fits in the regular rectangular pans. Also there is no scratching of the non stick coating in the roasting pans.

I love this silicone rack. I used it when I had friends to dinner Sunday. The roast turned out great. Another plus is no more scrubbing my stubborn wire racks, I can just pop this in the dishwasher. I would recommend.

Dont you just hate to clean the roasting racks, with those hard to reach slots. this basically converts any regular ovensafe fish to a roasting rack.
also, this allows you to use deeper dishes if you want to use the juices to cook vaggies while keeping the roast roatsing and not cooking.
