Great on small branches, powers through bamboo with some work.

Solid chipper. Starts up with barely a pull on the cord. Does what it says it does. The bag attachment is a bit awkward. Almost an afterthought than part of the design. Works okay. Makes quick work of wood. Used on bamboo, and it chops through but has to really work at it. Bamboo, being a grass is much more fiberous. What you get is more like shredded hay than mini chips. Not sure what they will do to the blade life.
Works great the first time now if the rain would stay ...

Item arrived , well packed and easy to assemble as per the user manual. The addition of the fuel funnel, engine oil packet and safety glasses were a good idea. I have read the reviews and was putting good money down on a well received machine. Maybe I was the one who got a bad one from the build batch, who knows. I would definitely try another one.
Once setup and ready to run, the machine worked well and chipped some leavers, sticks and grasses as planned.
However on stopping the machine I noticed a bolt had sheared off the external casing that protects the user from high spinning blades and internal gears.
This was the one and only time I started the machine and used it. The workload was not severe, I didn't over use it.
Unfortunately this ruined my confidence in the overall build quality and fittings and finish of the machine and I wasn't prepared to continue using the chipper.
Also the collection bag, while looking very sturdy is made of a material that catches particles inside and pulls threads making holes in it. They maybe need to reconsider the material choice.

So far so good. It survived it's first Texan Live Oak tree. One part was damaged during the transport and looking at the box, someone must have had a Ace Ventura moment delivering it.
GreatCircle USA sent out a replacement for the damaged part withing hours and without discussion.
Assembling was easy and done within 30min. It took longer to find a gas station which sells gas without ethanol. After adding oil ad gas the chipper started very easy.
It works as expected.
