It holds the c-pap hose up to where it won't be a bother . I like the fact that it fits under the mattress . I just wish the pipe was a little more thicker , but it works for me

This is a wonderful way to get a better night's sleep when you use a cpap! I use the nasal pillows and every time I would turn to one side or the other I would either get tangled in the long hose or I would be laying on it causing it to leak air. This solved my problem 100%! I am a satisfied customer!!!
