My Sister came to visit, had this bag and I loved it, so I ordered one in June for a trip I had booked for August. 1st time using the bag and the pouch in back that fits over luggage handle tore (see photo) causing the zipper pull to come off. It is past the return time so I guess I will try and at least sew up the torn area and just not have a zipper which I hate because that was one of the selling features for me (in my opinion the cost of having a zipper replaced would probably be as much as ordering a new bag). Other than that this is an awesome bag for airline travel.

I love this bag it the perfect size & so cute. HOWEVER the black material collects lint & fuzz from everywhere. So one trip on a plane & it looks like this. Nothing a lint roller won't fix. Overall this is a well made, great travel bag would buy again.
