worked fine at first, now won't power up, lost power at some point and have hooked up to my tv so i'm not constantly monitoring all i know is it lost power at some point before 1-30-18, hooked up around december 15-20th, so just over a month of active use

Awesome product. I bought this to replace a DVR (another brand) that stopped working. I received the Tigersecu DVR and was impressed how easy it was to install. I had some issues with connecting to my phone, so I did use the technical assistance via email and phone. I was blown away how responsive they were. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
