Not as comfortable as you would think

For the money, you'd think you would float down into this thing, but it's too hard and stiff for that. For that reason, I do not use it: it hurts my back worse than the chair I'm looking to take comfort in. This marks the 3rd back surgery I've had, and am forced to sleep in my easy chair to keep from rolling onto my side, which makes everything worse. My search continues. It's a fine product, for those who need a stiff support.

Purchased this for my elderly father that sits in his recliner long periods of time. He says it's very comfortable and is enjoying it. I believe we have a standard recliner and the band to go around the recliner to hold it in place is very tight and may cause an indention in your furniture. But for us, the band isn't required, cause it pretty much stays in place without the band.

The cushion was easy to attach to a sectional sofa. The seat section has a rubber backing which prevents cushion from slipping around. The fabric serves it's purpose. The only problem is the width of the cushion could be made a little wider especially for use with sofas. See attached picture. My husband is of average height and weight so the problem is not due to body sizeðŸ'‚
