I replaced several of my worn out foam sports bra inserts with these. Such an improvement! They have great coverage, support, they stay in place and also seem to not roll up or fall out in the wash like the old ones.
I'm a 36B/M and got the B/C size, they fit the bras well. The pads are labeled L and R if you look closely at them. I will be buying more!

I bought these to use in bathing suits. They did a great job of making me look bigger, honestly added at least a cup size. I am very happy with my purchase. They are well made have worn them and washed them quite a few times and they have held up very well, like they are still new.
