I was waking up from terrible dreams because I keep sweating at night, and for some reason that gives me horrible nightmares, but now that I have this blanket and jersey cotton sheets to match, I haven't had that problem. The only thing I will say though is that if you use this blanket, don't use the sheet too, choose either this or the sheet to sleep with, because it starts to get just a bit hot if you use both in a humid environment. But, if you use just this blanket then you will be fine, unless it's really cold, then use both. This blanket is a must have. Follow the instructions exactly when washing, wash it on cold and use the delicate cycle, and then, tumble dry on lowest heat setting!!!!

I was skeptical that a knit blanket could be cool enough for those of us who sleep hot. I shouldn't have been. It has a tightly knit side & a fluffy side. It has stood up to my dog's paws without a pull or snag & is as soft and comfy as a tshirt. I'm glad I put my skepticism aside and made the purchase.

We have purchased 8 of these blankets over the course of a year! They are so soft and comfy! We purchased 6 for our Airbnb so they get washed frequently, but they wash up perfectly.
