Like the product and seems to work well. 3 Notes:: Comes with no mounting bolts: You must use the remote as there is no switch on the winch itself: and the pully has no swivel so if you eyelet on our boat is up down and not side to side your cable will be slightly twisted. Other that this its working great.

I bought the Megaflint Trailer Winch,Reversible Electric Winch, for Boats up to 6000 lbs.12V back in May of 2019 and have had very good luck using it on my boat to load it. I had a couple minor issues with it so I contacted customer service and they were on top of the issues right away. With hardly no questions asked they took care of me. They are sending me a new one incase the issue returns so I can swap it out. Otherwise this has been a great winch for my boat. I would highly recommend it. Thank you for having excellent customer service.

I needed a trailer boat winch to replace my current power winch that had failed. It arrived on time and bolted right on the existing mounting plate. It is winter so only test ran it so far waiting for spring to take the boat out for the real test so that's why only 4 stars.
