A good buy that gives needed support after surgery

I recently had surgery and needed a belly band. I have a love/ hate relationship with this one. Likes: It holds you in firmly, the material is soft, the three bands make it easy to adjust where you want a looser or tighter fit, the pink is nice, the bones do not stick into your flesh. Dislikes: it could be bulky and uncomfortable underneath- (one day I had to pull it off in the car but perhaps I pulled it to tight), it keeps you hot and I live in a tropical climate so that could drive you crazy. Otherwise I think it's a good buy because it gives me the support I need.
Must have for postpartum recovery!

I had another binder before I purchased this one. And what a big difference! The other binder was so uncomfortable, I actually had scratch marks from it. This one is great! It is made of soft material, I wore it 24 hours for 8 days postpartum and didn't mind it at all. It was so comfortable I could forget I was wearing it. The design prevents it from riding up like the other binder I had. After 10 days I stopped wearing it completely because I was so happy with the result: my belly was flat again! I could not believe it! I would recommend this binder to everyone! Worth every penny and more!!

This seems to be inside out. There were no instructions so going by common sense, you would think the tag should be on the inside and the pocket on the outside, but the way the Velcro is, you have to wear it inside out. Unless I'm missing something, this is not how it should be. Other than that it's ok. I bought this for postpartum and the bottom sits right in the c section incision which is uncomfortable so I've been pulling it down to sit lower which is not very comfortable. I only wear it at home. It is noticeable under my shirts unless I wear a baggy T-shirt. Also when I sit, it rides up sometimes and the boning stabs my upper back/sides.

I think it was sewn inside out. The tag and little pockets were on the wrong side. Ordinarily, when you see the tag one could assume that is the inner side. It wasn't the case with this one. The Velcro was on the opposite side of the tag side. The way it was put together seems wrong. Once you figure out which side will keep it together, it actually does a good job supporting my stomach and back. It even sucked in my post-partum gut. I can only wear it during the day though after some time I can feel the pressure on my lower back. It could be that I tighten it too much. The Velcro stays attached for the entire time wearing it without coming apart, and it is not bulky or loud.

I have tried more expensive waist trainers and have had issues with them bunching in he back or unhooking while I am trying to hook it up. I absolutely love how easy this one is to put on and adjust while it is one. It is as comfortable as waist trainers can be. The ribbing prevents it from bunching up in the back. I did not have a c-section but have diastasis recto and am trying to not look pregnant. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
