Sliders are great and versatile for hardwoods or carpet. Bands do their job but roll a lot. Would be nicer if they were a little wider. Otherwise works great and serves its purpose

Love the bands. The sliders definitely work better on the hard wood.. maybe it's just my carpet, but it tends to get stuck.

These bands did not stay in place and barely had any resistance. I bought these to use for BeachBody 80 day obsession. I ended up purchasing BB's and those work amazing. Don't waste your money on these. Couldn't return unless I paid for shipping which was $8 - half the price of what I paid.
