About 2 for room temp or 6 minutes for freezer is a good rule of thumb

Manual says no glass bottle, but no far I haven't had complaint. It's a very clever idea, and even though the heating surface looks small, looks are deceiving. It heats up quickly! About 2 for room temp or 6 minutes for freezer is a good rule of thumb. The pull out try with suggested timing is a clever touch. The ice packs were both clever and to be honest too much work for me to bother. Unless you have fridge nearby, adding another daily ritual to refreeze the ice pack gets boring after a couple of tries.

Filling the heating water reserve is a breeze and lasts a long time. The bottle will get hot on the bottom 20% and you just need to shake it violently for the temp to be more evenly distributed. So the bottom will feel overly hot but use a thermometer just in case.
Great asset for night feeds!

I like this idea a lot, with some caveats:

Get some adhesive velcro and put a strip on the bottle warmer and a strip on the remote. I keep the cooler on my nightstand (which is actually a low bookshelf) and the remote stuck where I can reach it.

Buy backup ice packs. You know that lack of sleep is going go make you too tired to remember to refreeze them in the morning. And,anyway, you'll need a bunch more, because....

The warmer keeps one bottle cool until you need it, but what if baby takes multiple bottles at night (I am only using this for night feeds)? You will need an additional small cooler to hold additional bottles. I have my little cooler with ice packs on the shelf below the warmer.

So... that's what works for me. Given those suggestions, this works fabulously for us!
4-in-1 Bottle Warmer

Warms a bottle in minutes and has a customizable warming time. Unit comes with a lift-out basket, water reservoir, cover, 2 ice packs, warming time reference drawer and remote. Has an LCD display that shows time remaining in the warming cycle. Ice packs keep bottle cool until you want to use it. You can set the unit in stand by mode and the warming time can be adjusted up or down, to chill the ice packs freeze for 6 hours. Remote is already paired with the bottle warmer coming out of the package but if you ever need to re-pair it directions tell you how. You need a Phillips screwdriver and 4 AAA batteries for the remote. Remote is easy to use and has a big button on it you can push. Neat product to make feeding time a little easier.

Works fine but dont lose that remote control

I got this for my granddaughter who will be having her baby in two months. We tried it out yesterday and it worked just fine. We put the ice packs in the freezer earlier and they were ready to use. We filled a bottle with water and put it in the other compartment and let it sit awhile. After a bit we turned the warmer on and a few minutes it was done and warm just fine. You can also set the time you want it to turn on. The only thing I don't like is the remote has to be used to control it so if you lose or break im not sure you could get another one and that's why I dropped it to three stars.
