The media could not be loaded. I purchased a year ago and it's still in good shape. I am a braider and the reclining function makes it easy to dip braids and rest sleepy heads while I'm working on them. The only thing I would say is I'm short (5'1) and the chair is still a bit too tall on its lowest. Other than that I'm pleased.
