Bought this for my 22 yr old son for his new job as a Tax accountant. He loves it. It's very stylish and perfect for his needs. We noticed a few of the stitching on shoulder strap coming apart so I reached out to the company with our concerns and within the hour they offered to send me out a new one. Very excellent customer service. They had only asked for a picture so they could inspect the other so they could improve on thier product which is pretty awesome to begin with.

I ordered this item for my daughter to use for the school year versus a typical backpack. She loved the bag; found it very functional and liked they style. However, after less than three (3) months use, the right-front magnetic snap that was attached to the canvas front of the bag itself, fell off, rendering the bag useless. We're very disappointed in the poor quality construction used in this item and do not recommend it.

Really great bag! Looks a whole lot more expensive than it is, and it's nonchalant without being entirely devoid of style. It isn't huge inside, I can fix at maximum my macbook pro (13.3 inch version), a water bottle, and a sweater, at which point it's bulging. It's probably best suited for transporting a laptop/notebook/miscellaneous around. I bought this specifically to keep my laptop with me at a conference, but as a student, it fits really well into my life when I don't want to lug around my giant herschel backpack.

If you have to carry more than a single notebook I would not suggest buying this bag. Within a month of me having it, both of the buttons fell off, and it has been slowly breaking ever since. It barely fits my 14 inch laptop and if I have my laptop in the bag I cannot carry anything else. It was truly a disappointing buy.

First, the quality of the bag is first rate. The fabric appears pretty strong and the leather is very nice quality. The strap and zippers appear to be very good as well - but it's only been three days so far. What kept this from a five-star review was my slight disappointment with the overall capacity of the bag. The pictures and other descriptions led me to believe it could hold a lot more than it can. The bag doesn't expand as much as I had hoped and the exterior pocket is definitely undersized compared to other bags I've tried. I'm sticking with this one because it is a good weight and appears pretty sturdy. I only wish it was slightly larger all around.
