My dog LOVES playing tug-of-war with these. But make no mistake - they are NOT invincible. I've got an 80 pound bulldog mix, and left alone with these rings, he will tear them apart in 15 minutes. We have to play until he gets tired (which takes a while), and then take it away. I understand it's not a solo toy, but a determined, strong chewer will destroy these quickly. Luckily, at $6.50/set, the price was right.

So happy that I finally found a toy all three of my dogs can play with at the same time. Each dog weighs about 60 pounds and this toy is holding up to the challenge. The one I received is blue/green and a stretchy rubber material sort of like KONG toys. I am careful to take it away once one of them wins so it doesn't get chewed to pieces. I have to give them a tennis ball or something to replace their attention or they will obsess over this toy.

Love this new toy! Bought for my 6-month golden retriever puppy and it's his new favorite toy. We needed some outdoor only toys and this one for the bill. Can easily be hosed off when it gets unbearably dirty. It is longer than I expected. He actually has to tilt his head upward to carry it but that doesn't seem to bother him. He prefers this over the Jolly Pets Ball, introduced at the same time.

We got these rings from Petsmart about three years ago and it has been my youngest pups favorite toy. He's a tough chewer and it has been the only thing he hasn't torn up instantly. Well, finally the day came when it was in pieces. I had to look everywhere to find it and lo and behold Amazon -the keeper of everything- had the exact same ones. The original ones were blue and green so I was nervous these were not the same, but when they arrived they came blue and green - just the same. We look forward to having these for another few years!!

My German Shepherds love playing tug of war with these. They've lasted for quite a while each time. The rubber is fairly thick and my dogs do eventually chew through them, but I've ordered these rings a couple times (colors do differ than the Amazon listing) and think they're worth the money.
