Great build quality. Easy Peasy install with quality master harness included, zip ties, plate covers... all included. BE CAREFUL as each circuit has a 30 amp fuse. If you are running any device that requires LESS than a 30 amp fuse... either replace inside the POD or add a smaller fuse inline to the device. Also eventually I will replace the 100amp fuse with a 100 amp reset breaker. Easy to reset and turn off electric to the POD and work on electrical accessories as opposed to unbolting an in-line fuse holder perhaps in the middle of nowhere... worse yet not having a working backup 100 amp fuse. But then lets face it... if you blow a 100 amp fuse or breaker ... you either have a serious problem are are doing something very very wrong. A few good You Tube videos for install and mods to convert the unit to ignition only. search for Voswitch 8 by Bubba's Garage... just fast forward thru all the BS chit chat that is of zero value and watch the 3 mins of relevant video. If you are going to install a POD ... might as well get a 8 switch with room to grow as opposed to having to trash your 4 or 6 switch unit and replace. Also... great features are 1) dimmer w/ memory and 2) low voltage turn off @ 11 volt threshold. Other units have Voltage meter. You do not need one unless you have to manually monitor your alternator or battery's voltage output to avoid failures. This unit shuts down under 11 volts... so no need to waste space on some big large bright disk looking volt meter. Unit mounts solid as a rock with the supplied clamp for the footman loop. Wish all my Jeep purchases were of the same quality/value.

Install was easy enough. Colored instructions and actually included a fuse tap. The length of time on the install depends only on how refined you want your wiring and sealing up any passages through the firewall you choose. I like it better than the mlc-6 rough country offers (sorry rough country, I really like your products though.)

Had this in red for about 5 months now. Great panel! I was lucky enough to get it in red when it was in stock, and had virtually no knowledge of wiring or installing electronic accessories at time of purchase. Everything you need to know can be learned in the supplied information and via online resources fairly easily.

I currently have 5 accessories hooked up to it (roof bar, spots, side/rocks, DRLs and CB) and it has no issue powering all of them at once. Construction is very sturdy, design is fantastic and the relay box is fantastic, the capacitive master switch responds perfectly and each rocker gives a satisfying mechanical click on/off.

So far my Jeep has been through a 3200mi winter road trip through Zion, Moab, up to the highest elevation town in the US in CO, back through the Grand Canyon, through -15 degree to +115 degree weather, along with OHV trails in SoCal and multiple pressure washes with absolutely no panel issues or hardware loosening.

Customer service is 10/10 - I was having an issue with the 8th switch not providing power from the relay box and Voswitch responded with a solution the same evening. Turned out the associated pin in the master power coupling was bent and I was able to easily straighten it with the tip of the circuit tester I was using.

Please note that you'll need some sort of negative bank to ground each accessory since the relay box only includes positive connections, and top/rear of the switch panel itself is open so if you drive with no top or a worn out soft-top you may need to provide a weatherproofing solution.

10/10 product and 10/10 customer service.

I am not sure why you would pay so much more for SPods when these work just as good. Well implemented and decent instructions to help you get there. I have factory Aux switches in my truck and found these to work in an equivalent manner.

Pros:
You can set to auto shut-off if batt voltage gets too low
make switched or always on
All on/off button for all switches
Dimmable back lighting
Wiring comes complete for this with simple screw on connectors and rings as well as wire loom at proper measure lengths for the given application.
Instructions provide decent directions for firewall passthrough if you review them well.

Cons:
Switches are specific to this application. While it comes with plenty, not every label is a perfect fit and I don't know where to find more of them.
Cutout for the JL makes the bolt on connection very weak and it bends as a result
Cable to switches is pretty thick and requires trim removal and re-installation rather than snaking through. Firewall areas are also limited by the connector.
Having to pick your color of LEDs by SKU is somewhat limiting given how cheap multicolored LEDs are now.
Not sure why negative wire is not in wire loom together with positive wire
No bus bar for negative which is a minor inconvenience.

I really have liked these and the flexibility they provide. They give 30A connections to each switched connection. It does say don't hook up a winch directly to it, because an 10000lb winch would fry it at full load, but you can use it to a larger relay to control the winch so I see why they include the connection. 30A does cause some limitation with other items as well such as Halogen lights as you are limited to pairs of 100W lights, but this is better than many of the competitor products and matches the high end in the market.

The switches are plentiful and work well when lit up off/on. I am not sure where to find more, but other switches that look like them are NOT compatible.
My largest complain as indicated earlier is where the device connects to the footmans loop in the center of the JK. It bends significantly when you connect it. This made me use the screws, double sided tape, and the screws around the footmans loop and they still bent a bit. This is the one thing I think could use improvement on this device. The vendor clearly has listened to the market over the years as many videos online show various generations where improvements have been made to the clasp, enclosure water tightness, and also to the wiring in general. I don't understand why they did not put the positive and negative inside the wire loom rather than keeping negative separate. It makes you have to put additional wire loom on or wrap it around the negative cable. The connectors appear to have been improved as well as water tight connections to the casing from previous generations.

I almost purchased an additional one of these for the driver a pillar, but found out that the connection box under the hood needs to be in the same place. An expansion for those that like accessories would be a nice addition.

Overall i am very happy with this and would purchase it again over many of the competitive products.

The switch panel is amazing, it is high quality and designed perfectly. Installing it easy just make sure you go slow and do it right. Just what I was looking for.
