This is a heavy duty watch with many options. It shows day of week, date, digital time and clockface time, stop watch and alarm. This is a very large watch face. There is a screw on/off knob on side with an attached cover to that covers the side buttons used for setting date and time. No more bumping buttons! This also has a light up button that lights the mulitiple digital displays and glow in the dark hands on the clock face. The band is heavy nylon And is easily adjustable to fit your wrist. Overall good quality watch for the price.
